MEETINGS
- General Meetings are held on the second Monday of the month from January to November. Check diary for any changes.
- The second Monday in Decemberis Annual Presentation & Christmas Luncheon.
- Doors open at 8:30am with Morning Tea from 8:45am.
- General Meeting commences at 10:00. Please note: The Club functions on Daylight Saving Time.
- Executive Committee meets on the last Monday of the month, at 9.30am at a nominated venue.
- Begonia Group meets on the 3rd Monday of the month at 9.30am, at a nominated venue.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
For insurance purposes it is important that on arrival at the meeting and social gatherings, all members and visitors sign the Club Register by PRINTING their names clearly in the attendance book.
Initial joining fee is $10.00 which covers cost of Diary and a permanent name badge which should be worn at ALL meetings and functions.
In subsequent years, the annual subscription of $5.00 is payable at the beginning of each calendar year. Life members are exempt from this fee.
A door fee of $5.00 is payable by all members and visitors each meeting. This covers the cost of morning tea, hall hire, insurance, guest speakers, judges etc.
